DVO Software House LTDA ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Pulse! mobile application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our Service.
By using Pulse!, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Service.

2.1 Information You Provide
When you create an account and use Pulse!, we collect:
- Account Information: Email address, name, and password (encrypted)
- Profile Information: Username and profile picture (optional)
- Tracker Data: Names of trackers you create, progress entries, goals, and history
- Shared Goals Data: Information related to shared goals you create or join
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Service, we automatically collect:
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers
- Usage Data: Features you use, screens you visit, actions you take, time spent in the app
- Crash Data: Information about app crashes and errors to help us improve stability
2.3 Information from Third-Party Sign-In
If you choose to sign in using Google or Apple:
- Google Sign-In: We receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account
- Apple Sign-In: We receive your name and email address (or a private relay email if you choose to hide your email)
We do not receive or store your passwords from these providers.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Create and manage your account
- Process your subscriptions and payments
- Send you notifications and reminders you have configured
- Enable shared goals functionality between users
- Analyze usage patterns to improve user experience

5. Advertising
Free users may see advertisements within the app. We use Google AdMob to display these ads.
5.1 Data Used for Advertising
Google AdMob may collect and use the following information to show you relevant ads:
- Device advertising identifier
- IP address (for general location, not precise)
- Device information
- Ad interaction data (views, clicks)
5.2 Opting Out of Personalized Ads
You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device settings:
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
- Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
Ad-Free Experience: Plus and Pro subscribers do not see advertisements in the app.
6. Data Sharing
6.1 Shared Goals
When you participate in a shared goal, other participants can see:
- Your username
- Your progress toward the shared goal
No other personal information (email, other trackers, etc.) is visible to other users.
6.2 We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
6.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests by public authorities (e.g., court orders, government requests).
7. Data Security
We take the security of your data seriously and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it, including:
- Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
- Encryption of sensitive data at rest
- Secure authentication with OTP verification
- Regular security assessments
- Access controls limiting who can access your data
While we strive to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
8.1 Retention Period
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. We may also retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
8.2 Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. When you delete your account:
- Your personal information (email, name, profile) is deleted immediately
- Your personal trackers and their history are deleted immediately
- If you created shared goals, the goal will remain for other participants, but your personal data will be removed and your contributions will be anonymized
Note: Some data may persist in our backup systems for a short period but will not be used and will be permanently deleted according to our backup retention schedule.
9. Your Rights
Under Brazilian law (LGPD - Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados) and other applicable privacy laws, you have the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data
- Portability: Request a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Objection: Object to certain processing of your personal data
- Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent for processing that is based on consent

10. Children's Privacy
Pulse! is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information as soon as possible.
11. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than Brazil, including the United States, where our third-party service providers (Google, RevenueCat) operate their servers.
These countries may have different data protection laws than Brazil. When we transfer your data, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
